Finley, or Tboy Swag Tats, is a trans, queer, and Jewish Oakland-based multi-media chaos artist. They specialize in vibrant punk and eclectic tattoo styles and are active in the community as an organizer and artist.
They started their self-taught tattoo journey at 19 during their undergrad program and blossomed through the years with support from their family, friends, and communities. They moved to the Bay in 2022 from Santa Clarita to pursue a Masters degree in Human Sexuality and use that education to inform and inspire their work. Finley also is a founding organizer of Trans Bay Area, a social organization for trans people in the Bay.
Finley’s portfolio contains a wide variety of styles that can incorporate but aren’t limited to bold lines and blackwork, striking colors, clean script and text, and creative characters. They are dedicated to creating a safe space to provide accessible tattoos for anyone.
