The Black Needle Tattoo crew was honored with the opportunity to screen a showing of Turn It Around, courtesy of Live 105’s Kevin Klein show. It is a documentary of the emerging east bay punk scene in the late 80’s and early 90’s. Black Needle Tattoo is the punk scene of the tattoo world. We create for the love of art, we stand up and fight for what we believe in, and most importantly we are sticking it to the “man”. As an underground establishment, we have true freedom to express our selves without being controlled. The takeaway from the movie, success and accomplishment are inevitable if one pursues their dreams no matter their obstacles. “Turn It Around” if a breath of fresh air and truly inspiring.
